Although, this blog is mostly for beauty but for you to thrive on the outside you need an arranged mentality, this morning routine will help you be arranged and focus more on your health and beauty.

3. Healthy Breakfast (15-20 minutes): Eat a nutritious breakfast such as a smoothie, oatmeal, or eggs with vegetables.
4. Mental Focus (10-15 minutes):
Meditation: Spend a few minutes meditating to clear your mind and reduce stress.
Journaling: Write down your thoughts, goals, or things you’re grateful for.
5. Skincare and Showering (20-30 minutes):
Shower: Refresh yourself with a shower.
